| Fines |
Generally speaking the standard fine for most offences is 50p.
These include fines such as:
- Forgetting your Wednesday Nighters shirt
- Club abuse
- Personal abuse
- Chairman abuse
- Calling the Chairman "Ice Cream"
- Practicing
- Miss called "Blob Saver!"
- Talking about work
- Use of a mobile phone without permission
- Coaching
- Withholding information
- Interrupting the Chairman while he is talking
Obviously the Chairman can increase the level of the fine depending on the severity of an offence. It is also not uncommon for there to be different level of fine depending on which member has committed the offence. Repeat offences generally carry a higher tariff to try and discourage further repetitions. Should you leave or miss-place an item of your equipment on the course you must "buy back" the item. The cost normally depends on how good the item is. Should another member inform you in the process of playing that you have left something behind, it is usual for that member to be fined in your place. |
